    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: On July 14, 2010, Raytheon Company (Raytheon) timely submitted to DEP its second proposed Remedial Action Plan Addendum (RAPA II) regarding necessary information for cleanup of the contaminants of concern around the Raytheon facility located at 1501 72nd Street North, St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida.

DEP staff members are in the final stages of reviewing the RAPA II. Raytheon will present its cleanup plan at this public meeting, and DEP will take public comment. DEP is committed to fulfilling its regulatory responsibilities, including conducting a thorough evaluation of Raytheon’s cleanup plan to address the contamination, and overseeing a successful cleanup.
