Sealed bids for B147175TA will be received from eligible bidders at the School District of Lee County (hereinafter the District), Department of Procurement Services, 2855 Colonial Blvd, Fort Myers, FL 33966, until May 22, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. local time. The purpose and intent of this invitation to bid is to secure a percentage discount for Bakery Products necessary for the District on an as needed basis. The District estimates annual expenditures will be $500,000 per year. No guarantee of the dollar amount or quantity of this bid is expressed or implied.
Interested parties must register with the Department of Procurement Services by contacting Procurement Agent Tracey Adams, at TraceyNA@LeeSchools.net and provide the responding bidder’s name, primary point of contact for this Bid, phone number, and email address.
All bids submitted shall be on Attachment A, Bid Response Form included in the bid specifications, a copy of which may be reviewed or obtained at the Department of the Procurement Services or by downloading from Lee County School District, Procurement Services’ website at: http://procurement.leeschools.net/bids.htm.
Questions regarding specifications shall be submitted in writing to The Department of Procurement Services, Tracey Adams at TraceyNA@LeeSchools.Net . Questions are due no later than May 8, 2014.
