Subcontractor Bidding

NOTICE OF BID

Perry-McCall Construction has been selected by the University of North Florida as Construction Manager on their new elevated parking deck project. We are currently soliciting subcontractor bid proposals for the following trade packages: 05A – Miscellaneous Steel and Handrails, 07A – Waterproofing, 07B – Roofing, 08A – Doors, Frames, and Hardware, 08B – Curtainwall System (Frame Only), 09D – Painting, 09F – Pavement Markings, 10A – Accessories, 10B – Signage, 14A – Elevator, 21A – Fire Suppression, 22A – Plumbing, 23A – HVAC, 26A – Electrical, Telecommunications, and Fire Alarm, 32A – Landscaping & Irrigation.

Prior to submitting a bid proposal, be sure to review all bid related information, including plans, specifications, geotechnical report, bid scopes of work, Perry-McCall subcontract agreement, schedule and subcontractor’s qualification statement. Any incomplete submissions will be subject to rejection.

Any subcontractor interested in visiting the site should contact Rory Russell to coordinate. Please contact Rory before close of business on Tuesday, May 13th and a time / date for a walkthrough will be scheduled and all interested parties notified.

Signed and sealed bid proposals are due at the offices of Perry-McCall Construction, located at 6262 Greenland Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32258, no later than 2PM, EST on Thursday, May 22, 2014. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope.
