Notice is hereby given that the Board of Medicine has received a Petition for Declaratory Statement filed by Daniel W. Knoedler, M.D. The Petitioner seeks the Board’s interpretation of the medical practice act regarding whether petitioner’s practice of telepsychiatry to his patients located in Wisconsin while he is residing in Florida requires him to obtain a license to practice medicine in Florida. The Board will consider this petition at its meeting currently scheduled for June 6, 2014.
