NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 25, 2014, the South Florida Water Management District (“District”), received a petition for waiver from Edilberto O. Marban, Application No. 13-0726-1, for utilization of Works or Lands of the District known as C-100, for existing trees/landscaping within Works and Lands of the District; Section 11, Range 55 South, Township 39 East, Miami-Dade County. The petition seeks relief from subsections 40E-6.011(4) and (6), Fla, Adm. Code, which governs the placement of above-ground permanent and/or semi-permanent encroachments within 40’ top of canal bank within the Works or Lands of the District.
