GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: An ordinance of the Mayor and City Commission of the City of Hallandale Beach, Florida, repealing Chapter 25, “Streets, Sidewalks and Other Public Ways”, Article IV, “Communications Rights of Way” and re-creating Article IV, “Communications Rights of Way”; to regulate telecommunications towers and antennas to expressly address current industry practices with respect to installation of personal wireless service facilities in the public rights-of-way.
