NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco has declined to rule on the petition for declaratory statement filed by Uber Promotions, Inc. on October 17, 2014. The following is a summary of the agency’s declination of the petition:
The Division cannot issue a Declaratory Statement concerning events that have already taken place, or continue to take place. The Petitioner has already applied for a 13CT Caterer’s License and is already engaged in the activity described in its Petition.
