40B-4.3030Conditions for Issuance of Works of the District Permits

The Suwannee River Water Management District hereby gives notice: that on April 9, 2019, the Suwannee River Water Management Governing Board granted a variance Final Order 19-0002; under Section 120.542, F.S. from subsection 40B-4.3030(13), F.A.C., to Robert Hawkins, 2878 NW Highway 340, Branford, FL. This order will allow the petitioner to retain structures constructed for a recreational area. The variance was granted because the petitioner demonstrated that the purpose of the statute underlying the rule will be met and that a substantial hardship would be created if the petitioner were required to comply with this rule. The project is located in Section 16, Township 8S, Range 14E, in Dixie County and has been assigned permit number ERP-029-214825-8, Hawkins Project.
