PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To implement changes to Division policy and procedure in the relevant Division rules and ensure that the current Division forms are incorporated into the rules.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The financial participation program whereby Division customers are required to contribute funds toward the provision of non-exempt services; the provision of training services to residents of other states through coordination with the designated state agency of their home state; the updating of forms utilized by the Division in the provision of vocational rehabilitation services.
