The Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety hereby gives notice: On April 23, 2019, the Department received a request withdrawing the Petition for variance from AT&T, filed March 28, 2019, and advertised on April 3, 2019 in Vol.45 No. 65 of the Florida Administrative Register. The Petition for variance requested a variance from an unspecified section of A17.1, 2013 edition, as adopted by 61C-5.001, Florida Administrative Code. The Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety is taking no further action on the petition (VW 2019-056).
