SUMMARY: SUMMARY OF THE RULE: This emergency rule amends Emergency Rule 53ER20-22 Mega Bucks Promotion, F.A.C., to increase the total number of entries to be drawn in the drawing on May 6, 2020.

THE FULL TEXT OF THE EMERGENCY RULE IS:

 

53ER20-33 Mega Bucks Promotion Amendment.

(1) The sixth sentence in subsection (5) of Emergency Rule 53ER20-22 Mega Bucks Promotion, F. A.C., is replaced to read as follows: “In the drawing, the Florida Lottery will select a total of 467 entries.”

(2) Except as provided in subsection (1) above, all other provisions set forth in Rule 53ER20-22 F.A.C., shall remain in effect.
