SUMMARY OF STATEMENT OF ESTIMATED REGULATORY COSTS AND LEGISLATIVE RATIFICATION:

The Agency has determined that the proposed rule is not expected to require legislative ratification based on the statement of estimated regulatory costs or if no SERC is required, the information expressly relied upon and described herein: There are no regulatory costs associated with this rule, and the minor change is of little impact to persons who will be impacted by the rule. The usual location of the Training Course is a Federal government building, and this revision of the rule will provide greater scheduling flexibility and convenience for the agency.
