NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 50 No. 53, March 15, 2024 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The changes are based upon written comments received by the staff of the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee.
The rule now reads as follows:
61G4-15.002 Statement of Authority.
Any person applying for the issuance of a certificate or registration to engage in contracting in other than an individual capacity, or any registrant or certificate holder applying to qualify a partnership, corporation, business trust or other legal business organization shall furnish as part of the application a statement that the applicant is legally qualified to act for the business organization in all matters connected with its contracting business and that the applicant has authority to supervise construction undertaken by such business organization as the organization’s primary or secondary qualifying agent.
