    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Florida Energy and Climate Commission (FECC) will hold a conference call to discuss the 2009 DRAFT FECC Work Plan as well as other commission business. Staff will conduct the conference call from The Cabinet Meeting Room, Lower Level, The Capitol, where members of the public are invited to attend.
