NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 18, 2013, the Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Bob Brown, General Manager of Utility Services Associates, LLC. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of 489.105, Florida Statutes as it applies to the petitioner.
The Petitioner does not state in his request which statute the Petitioner seeks the Board to interpret. However, Petitioner appears to be requesting the Board’s interpretation of 489.105, Florida Statutes, as to whether a license is required for the scope of work associated with AMR/AMI endpoint and electronic meter deployments, and if so which type of license.
