PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Department is initiating rulemaking to revise certain procedural language for the existing NPDES Generic Permits for Stormwater Discharge from Large and Small Construction Activities (CGP) and Multi-Sector Generic Permit for Stormwater Discharge Associated with Industrial Activity (MSGP). The purpose of the revisions is to update procedural rule language concerning the stormwater generic permits for consistency with current US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requirements.
SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Department is developing amendments to the Generic Permits noted herein under Rules 62-620.100, 62-620.305 and 62-620.910, F.A.C. This workshop will be broadcast via webinar. Parties can register to attend the webinar via their personal computers with audio by telephone (regular long distance telephone charges will apply) or by speakers connected to their computer (no telephone charges will apply).
