Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 37, No. 49, December 9, 2011 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The correction has been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1, F.S.
The correction is as follows:
The Notice of Change which published on March 26, 2013, in Vol. 39, No. 59 of the Florida Administrative Register incorrectly stated, “The change is in response to written comments submitted by the staff of the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee.” It should have read, “The change is in response to statutory changes made to Section 456.0635, F.S., and a subsequent vote by the Board.”
This correction does not affect the substance of the Notice of Change published on March 26, 2013.
