NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 31, 2014, the Board of Psychology, received a petition for Melodie K. Moorehead, who appears to be seeking a variance or waiver of paragraph 64B19-13.003(1)(h), F.A.C., which states: “Continuing psychological education credit will be granted for completion of continuing education courses approved by any Board within the Division of Medical Quality Assurance of the Department of Health, provided that such courses enhance the psychological skills and/or psychological knowledge of the licensee.” Comments on this petition should be filed with the Board of Psychology at the above address within 14 days of publication of this notice.
