    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To create a new rule to define terms; amend the certification and recertification processes and application forms for 911 Public Safety Telecommunicators (911 PSTs) to include telecommunicator cardiopulmonary resuscitation training as required by Chapter 2022-51, Laws of Florida; eliminate late fees as provided by Chapter 2023-122, Laws of Florida; and to update the approval process and application form for Public Safety Telecommunication training programs.
