NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 23, 2010, the Department of Children and Families, received a petition for waiver of subsection 65C-14.055(1), Florida Administrative Code, from Trevor Nelson, assigned Case No.: 10-024W. Subsection 65C-14.055(1), F.A.C. requires the Executive Director who is responsible for the general management and administration of the agency is required to have a bacelor’s degree in social work or a related area of study from an accredited college or university and three years of experience in management supervision.
