NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Building Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from Karins Engineering Group, Inc. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Section 3109, Florida Building Code, Building (2010) as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioner seeks clarification regarding repairs/modifications to foundations seaward of the CCCL.
