NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 27, 2020, the Florida Department of Transportation, received a petition for a variance from Flagler County, Florida, seeking a variance from the provisions of Rule 14-73.001, Florida Administrative Code. Rule 14-73.001 establishes requirements for the recipients of the Department’s transit grant funds. Flagler County proposes the Department grant a variance to the deadline for adoption of the County’s Major Transit Development Plan update.
