    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 28, 2020, the Board of Chiropractic Medicine, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Sean K. Padgett, D.C., regarding the requirements of Rules 64B2-13.004 and 64B2-13.004, F.A.C., which requires that for the purpose of renewing or reactivating a license, an applicant must demonstrate to the Board that he/she has participated in at least forty (40) classroom hours of Board approved continuing chiropractic education. Due to the current State of Emergency regarding the Coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic and actions to limit gatherings of people and “social distancing,” Petitioner seeks approval to be allowed to take the required hours for reactivation online or be reactivated immediately, but be required to complete the hours by January 1, 2021.
