    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This is the third technical meeting to discuss the Silver Springs Basin Management Action Plan (BMAP). Material presented at this meeting will provide an overview of how the springshed for Silver Springs may be delineated and how project focus areas may be identified. It will include presentations about the sources of nitrogen and the dynamics of nitrogen transformations in the environment.
    The Silver Springs BMAP was initiated in response to the adoption of a total maximum daily load for Silver Springs and the upstream portion of Silver River that requires a reduction in nitrate concentration to 0.35 mg/L.
