    FLORIDA FNDING OF NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT

    City of Miami

    The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has determined that the City of Miami’s project involving dredging portions of Wagner Creek and Seybold Canal to remove contaminated sediments will not adversely affect the environment. The total estimated project cost is $24,000,000. The project may qualify for a Clean Water State Revolving Fund loan composed of federal and state funds. DEP will consider public comments about the environmental impacts of the proposed project that are postmarked or delivered at the address below within 30 days of this notice.
