NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 1, 2016, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety received a petition for 330 3rd Street South Residence located in St Petersburg, FL. Petitioner seeks an emergency permanent variance of the requirements of FBC 2010 Section 3007.4.4 Lobby size, as adopted by 399.02, Florida Statutes that requires the fire service elevator lobby to be 150 square feet.
