GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Final public hearing on proposed amendments to the manatee protection rule for Collier County (68C-22.023, FAC). The Notice of Proposed Rule was published in the FAR on January 10, 2017 (Vol. 43, No. 6). This hearing will be a part of the regular 2-day meeting held by the Commission. The Commission is expected to make a final decision on the rule at the meeting.
