    Project Description: Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study for I-95 between SW 10th Street and Hillsboro Boulevard. This PD&E Study also includes SW 10th Street from west of Military Trail to east of I-95.

    A PD&E study is FDOT’s process to evaluate the social, economic and environmental impacts associated with a planned transportation improvement project. The purpose of this meeting is for an update on the alternatives affecting the Newport Business Center entrance and to give interested persons an opportunity to comment and provide input on the transportation improvement alternatives for this project. The meeting will have an open house format and include a brief presentation at 12:00 Noon Project staff will be available to solicit feedback and answer questions at any time during the meeting.

    The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by FDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C.327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 14, 2016 and executed by the Federal Highway Administration and FDOT.
