Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 39, No. 66, April 4, 2013 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The Discipline-Based Specific Cultural and General Program Support Guidelines and Grant Administration Handbook were amended to clarify when the Council might recommend that a grant receive zero funding and when an applicant might receive a lower score due to compliance issues. Language was added to the guidelines and application to clarify the specific information about Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, and Florida Statutes 553. Language about submitting documentation verifying grant related expenses was moved from the Guidelines to the Grant Administration Handbook.
