NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 21, 2013, the Physical Therapy Practice, received a petition for Subsection 64B17-3.001(4), F.A.C., filed by Jannette Mirabal, Esq., on behalf of Juanita Claire Coltman (nee Wilkinson), which requires foreign graduates to have received a determination that the credentials are equivalent to education required for licensure as a physical therapist in the United States as determined by the Foreign Credentialing Commission on Physical Therapy.
