    64B19-11.0035: Licensure by Examination: Proof Satisfactory to the Board for the Purpose of Determining Eligibility for Examination

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 22, 2013, the Board of Psychology received a petition for a variance or waiver of Rule 64B19-11.0035, F.A.C., filed by Mark S. Thomas on behalf of Ruth C. Prevor, Ph.D., which requires applicants to provide proof satisfactory to the Board that the applicant’s degree obtained outside of the United States or Canada was equivalent to a Ph.D., Psy.D., or an Ed.D. in psychology and obtained from a program equivalent to a program accredited by a programmatic accrediting agency recognized and approved by the US Department of Education.
    Comments on this petition should be filed with the Board of Psychology within 14 days of publication of this notice.
