NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Public Service Commission has received a petition for a Declaratory Statement pursuant to Section 120.565, Florida Statutes, from People’s Gas System, on April 2, 2018.
The petition asks the Florida Public Service Commission to in the alternative issue a declaratory statement as to which utility People’s Gas System should negotiate with in an effort to resolve the territorial dispute filed by People’s Gas System in Commission Docket No. 20180055-GU.
