Emergency Action
On April 4, 2018, the State Surgeon General issued an Order of Emergency Restriction Order with regard to the registration of German Andres Gomez, R.M.H.C.I., Registration # IMH 6971. This Emergency Restriction Order was predicated upon the State Surgeon General’s findings of an immediate and serious danger to the public health, safety and welfare pursuant to Sections 456.073(8) and 120.60(6) Florida Statutes (2017). The State Surgeon General determined that this summary procedure was fair under the circumstances, in that there was no other method available to adequately protect the public.
