NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 27, 2007, the Construction Industry Licensing Board, received a petition for Eric R. Schweickert, on behalf of The Energy Outlet, Inc., seeking a temporary variance or waiver of Rule 61G4-15.012, Florida Administrative Code. Petitioner seeks a temporary waiver from working under a Residential Solar Water Heating Specialty Contractor license, as defined in Rule 61G4-15.012, in order to operate under a Solar Contractor license, which would allow petitioner to continue to install photovoltaic systems under Rule 61G4-15.021, F.A.C. This would be a temporary waiver until petitioner completes certification for a Solar Contractor license. The Board previously received a petition from petitioner which was filed on March 9, 2007, however it was not in substantial compliance with Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
