The Board of Medicine hereby gives notice:
That on February 20, 2012, an Order was filed on the Petition for Waiver or Variance. The Petition for Waiver or Variance was filed by Frantz Saint Vil, M.D., on October 20, 2011, seeking a waiver or variance from Rule 64B8-4.018, F.A.C., with regard to the requirement for two years of approved post-graduate training. The Notice was published in Vol. 37, No. 45, of the Florida Administrative Weekly, November 10, 2011. The Board, at its meeting held on February 4, 2012, voted to deny the Petition for Waiver finding that the Petitioner failed to establish that the purpose of the underlying statute was met by other means.
