The Administration Commission will consider repeal of Rule Chapter 28-35, F.A.C., Coastal Energy Impact Program. The program was transferred to the Department of Environmental Protection during the 2011 Legislative Session. The Administration Commission no longer has authority for implementation of the program, therefore the rules are obsolete.
