The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice: On March 9, 2020, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting the variance from subsection 67-21.027(1) and paragraph 67-21.003(1)(b) F.A.C. for Tacolcy Edison Gardens, LLC, to allow for calculation of the minimum set aside percentage based on income averaging. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The petition was filed on March 12, 2020 and notice of the receipt of petition was published on March 16, 2020 in Vol. 46, Number 52 F.A.R.
