On April 5, 2016, Interim State Surgeon General issued an Order of Emergency Restriction of License with regard to the license of Elizabeth Goddard, R.N., License # RN 1381432. This Emergency Restriction Order was predicated upon the Interim State Surgeon General’s findings of an immediate and serious danger to the public health, safety and welfare pursuant to Sections 456.073(8) and 120.60(6) Florida Statutes. (2015). The Interim State Surgeon General determined that this summary procedure was fair under the circumstances, in that there was no other method available to adequately protect the public.
