NOTICE OF CORRECTION

Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 46 No. 63, March 31, 2020 issue of the Florida Administrative Register. The following is added to the section SUMMARY OF STATEMENT OF ESTIMATED REGULATORY COSTS AND LEGISLATIVE RATIFICATION:

 

The Agency has determined that the proposed rule is not expected to require legislative ratification based on the statement of estimated regulatory costs or if no SERC is required, the information expressly relied upon and described herein: the proposed rule will not have an adverse impact on economic growth or business competitiveness, and will not increase regulatory costs. The proposed rule will decrease regulatory costs.
