The Florida State College at Jacksonville District Board of Trustees (FSCJ DBOT) announce the following telephonic meetings on Tuesday, April 14, 2020, which are open to the public.

DATE AND TIME: Finance & Audit Committee Quarterly Meeting, Tuesday, April 14, 2020, 10:45 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER(S) TO BE CONSIDERED: Financial matters of the College

REGULAR BOARD MEETING: 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER(S) TO BE CONSIDERED:  Regular meeting

Agenda copies may be obtained by contacting: Kimberli Sodek, Administrative Support Manager – Office of the College President at [e-mail]. Copies of the agenda for the regular Board meeting will be available for inspection beginning Tuesday, April 7, 2020, and copies will be provided upon written request and the payment of approved duplicating charges. Any person requesting to address agenda items at the Board of Trustees meeting will be provided an opportunity to do so by appearing telephonically* before the Board at the meeting. If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the regular board meeting, he/she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence from which the appeal is to be issued.
