NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity issued Final Order No. DEO-13-028 on April 5, 2013, in response to an application submitted by Sea Gate Homeowners Association, Inc., for covenant revitalization under Chapter 720, Part III, Florida Statutes. The Department determined that the application met the statutory requirements for covenant revitalization. Accordingly, the Departments Final Order approved the application for covenant revitalization.
