NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 4, 2016, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for St Johns River Power Park located at 11201 New Berlin Road, Jacksonville, FL. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of ASME A17.1, Section 2.27.3.2.1, 2009 edition as adopted by subsection 61C-5.001(1), Florida Administrative Code, that requires Phase I emergency recall operation by fire alarm initiating device.
