NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Department of Financial Services, Division of State Fire Marshal (Department), has received the petition for declaratory statement from David Woodside, President of Florida Fire Marshals and Inspectors Association (Petitioner) on March 31, 2016. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of FFPC/NFPA12:13.7.6.2., as it applies to the petitioner.

The Petition seeks the Department’s opinion as to the requirement of training/certification and recognition of crowd managers pursuant to FFPC/NFPA12:13.7.6.2.
