    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 05, 2019, the Board of Chiropractic Medicine, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Fatemeh V. Meymand. The petitioner is seeking a waiver or variance of subsection 64B2-11.001(3), Florida Administrative Code, that states in order that the Board may timely certify to the Department of Health those applicants eligible for licensure, all applications, fees, and supporting documentation including transcripts, NBCE examination results, fingerprint information, verification of licensure from other jurisdictions and, if applicable, certified copies of court records evidencing a criminal conviction, plea, or other disposition, must be on file with the Board.
