The State Board of Administration (the SBA) is soliciting competitive responses from parties offering systems administration services and application design strategies centered on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and portal technologies to serve as MYFRS.com systems administrator for the Public Employee Optional Retirement Program. The Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) is available on April 2, 2010, and may be obtained from the SBAs website at http://www.sbafla.com under Meetings & Notices and Vendors. The SBA reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to cancel the above ITN at any time. The deadline for submitting Notifications of Intent to Respond and Qualifications is 5:00 p.m. (EST), April 12, 2010. Requests and clarification questions on the ITN are due 5:00 p.m. (EST), April 16, 2010. The deadline for submitting responses is 5:00 p.m. (EST), May 3, 2010. The SBA announces the following meeting dates, times, and locations with respect to this ITN. A meeting will be held on May 7, 2010, to discuss and evaluate the responses received. Interviews, if necessary, will be held May 11-12, 2010. A meeting will be held on May 25, 2010 to select the finalist to serve as the MYFRS.com systems administrator, pending successful contract negotiations. All meetings are open to the public and shall take place at the times and locations shown below:
TIME: All meetings shall begin at 9:00 a.m. (EST) and continue until the meeting is concluded.
PLACE: The meetings shall take place in the Hermitage Centre, 1801 Hermitage Blvd., Tallahassee, Florida 32308.
Any changes to the above meeting dates and/or times (including the cancellation of any meeting) will be posted on the SBAs website at http://www.sbafla.com at least 7 days prior to the meeting.
