Scope of Work:The City of Homestead, Florida (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified proposers to provide materials and services related to the installation of a two (2) way communication system for transmitting and receiving information and certain operating commands to and from the electric meters in the Homestead Energy Services territory, and with the ability to add the same functionality for water meters at some future time.
