FLORIDA CATEGOROGICAL EXCLUSION NOTICE
SUNRISE UTILITIES, LLC
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has determined that the Sunrise Utilities, LLC project replacing two hydropneumatic tanks, 1,700 linear feet of water distribution piping, 268 water meters, six fire hydrants and one 50 kW generator is not expected to generate controversy over potential environmental effects. The total estimated construction cost is $434,225. The project may qualify for a Drinking Water State Revolving Fund loan composed of federal and state funds. DEP will consider public comments about the environmental impact of the proposed project that are postmarked or delivered at the address below within 30 days of this notice.
