Pursuant to Section 120.745(5)(c), F.S., no later than August 1, 2012, the rule ombudsman in the Executive Office of the Governor may submit lower cost regulatory alternatives to the Florida Public Service Commission. No later than June 15, 2012, other interested parties may submit lower cost regulatory alternatives to any rule.
