GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Osceola County will conduct a Public Hearing for the proposed improvements to Carroll Street from John Young Parkway to Michigan Avenue in Osceola County, Florida. (FPID Number: 433204-1-28-01, PS Number: 14-03612-FH).

The proposed improvements consist of widening Carroll Street from John Young Parkway to Michigan Avenue to five-lanes (two lanes in each direction with a two-way center left turn lane, similar to existing conditions) and providing a sidewalk on both sides of the road. This public hearing is being conducted to give interested persons an opportunity to express their views concerning the location, conceptual design, and social, economic, and environmental effects of the proposed improvements. Draft project documents will be available for public review from April 28, 2016 to May 19, 2016 at the Osceola County Administrative Building, Public Works (Suite 3100), 1 Courthouse Square, Kissimmee, Florida 34741 and on the project website, www.improvecarrollstreet.com.
