INVITATION TO BID
The State of Florida, Department of Military Affairs (DMA), Construction & Facility Management Office (CFMO) requests bids from State of Florida registered licensed Contractors for the following project located at Tallahassee National Guard Armory, Tallahassee, Florida.

PROJECT: 214001 NTC Orlando Fence and Force Protection
FUNDING: The State of Florida's performance and obligation to pay under this contract is contingent upon availability of funding and an annual appropriation by the Legislature.
BID OPENING DATE: As stated on the Vendor Bid System (late bids will not be accepted)
MANDATORY PRE-BID/SITE VISIT DATE: As stated on the Vendor Bid System
GENERAL STATEMENT OF WORK (See Vendor Bid System for complete details): Install K-8 rated security fence system along south and west property lines with transition to K-8 rated fence system midway on the west property line. Install 6’ tall radius top tine security fence “black vinyl chain link fence with three strands of barbwire as per FDOT 802” at/around remaining property line as depicted below and per survey. Install two (2) vehicular K-12 rated crash gate including operators, gates, concrete and access controls sized as site requires. Shall include all utility services connections, all systems to include information systems, lightning protection, and alarm systems, mechanical systems, curbs, storm drainage, sidewalks, Antiterrorism Force Protection, and site improvements, and attached facility sign. Incorporate electronic access controls (keypads) at K-8 rated vehicle gates.
The Department reserves the right to reject any and all submissions or accept minor irregularities in the best interest of the DMA.
